Harrison Rental Properties April 2002-current Resident manager for 28 units in charge of tenant relations, leasing, advertising, collections, accounts payable, and maintaining tenant records. 2007 promotion to General Manager overseeing and training all resident managers at all Harrison Rental Properties locations. Developed and manage website at Harrison-apts.com, compose, post and maintain apartment listings on Craigslist and apartments.com.
UW Credit Union Commercial Road branch February 2004-December 2008 Customer service representative handling credit union members banking transactions, suggesting new services, answering member questions and referring members to a financial specialist when appropriate.

August 1994-May 1999 University of Wisconsin Madison Major in Music Performance/Viola Minor in Spanish Professional Certifications Real Estate Sales License obtained in 2007 and kept current Computer Skills Extensive knowledge of and experience with Excel, Word, Publisher, and Photoshop.
